  • Last updated: 08/06/2026

FoxScope is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your personal information when you use our location-based content sharing platform.

We recommend that you read this Privacy Policy in full to ensure you are fully informed. However, if you only want to access a particular section, you can click on the relevant link below to jump to that section.

    What does FoxScope do?

FoxScope is a location-based content sharing platform that enables users to create custom map points called “Scopes” to share information, links, and experiences tied to specific geographic locations. Our platform allows individuals and businesses to create personalized, location-specific content that can be discovered by others based on geographic proximity and user-defined privacy settings.

This Privacy Policy applies to our services which include the FoxScope platform (https://foxscope.com/), its mobile applications, and related software or features (collectively referred to as our “Platform” or “FoxScope“). The Platform allows users to create Scopes, share location-based content, participate in our marketplace for Prime Scope names, and interact with other users’ location-based content.

We are headquartered in Dubai, UAE, and operate globally.

In this Privacy Policy, we refer to all of the above individuals collectively as “FoxScope Users.”

When we act as a “controller,” we determine the purpose and means of processing your personal information. In some cases, we may act as a “processor” on behalf of a FoxScope User when facilitating interactions between users or processing marketplace transactions.
