To delete your account: Go to Account Settings → Security. Choose Delete Account Permanently. Confirm by entering your password. All Scopes, data, and history will be permanently removed. This action cannot be undone.
When your Prime plan expires, your account automatically reverts to a Free Scope. Your Scopes remain active but premium features (analytics, unique URL, marketplace access) will be paused until renewal.
You can access your payment records at any time: Go to Billing History in your dashboard. Select an invoice to view or download it as a PDF. All transactions are securely stored and visible to the account holder only.
To change your payment details: Open Billing & Payment in settings. Select Update Payment Method. Enter your new card or account details and save. Your future renewals will use the updated method automatically.
